Suspension Control Ecu: Replacement

  1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL 
  2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 
  3. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO. 1 (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY LOWER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER LH (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  8. REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU 
    1. Disconnect the 3 suspension control ECU connectors.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the suspension control ECU.

  9. INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU 
    1. Install the suspension control ECU with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in..lbf) 

    2. Connect the 3 suspension control ECU connectors.
  10. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER LH 
  11. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSY LOWER 
  12. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE 
  13. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSY NO.1 
  14. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD LH 
  15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
