Wheel Speed Sensor (Rear): Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install the speed sensor with the bolt and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the No. 1 clamp with the bolt and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the No. 2 and No. 3 clamps with bolt and nut and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Connect the HID connector, and install the resin clamp and clamp bolt. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. On the left side connect the speed sensor and HID connector. On the right connect only the speed sensor connector.
  6. Install the rear seat back assembly and tighten the two bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  7. Install seat cushion assembly.
  8. Install the rear wheel and tighten lug nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  9. Install the ornament with the 10 bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  10. Check speed sensor signal. See SYSTEM TESTING .
