Circuit Description

While engine is being cranked, battery positive voltage is applied to terminal STA of ECM. DTC will set if voltage is not present. See Fig 1. Possible causes are:

• Faulty starter relay.
• Faulty ignition switch.
• Faulty wire harness.
• Faulty ECM.
