Inspection Procedure
- CHECK OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY LH (FROM UPPERMOST POSITION TO LOWERMOST POSITION MIRROR SENSORS VOLTAGE)
- Check the mirror position sensors operation.
- Connect the positive lead from the voltmeter to terminal VSRL (M3-6) and the negative lead to terminal E1 (M3-14).
- Check that the voltage gradually changes according to the table below while the mirror moves from the uppermost position to lowermost position.
- Standard:
MIRROR UPPERMOST & LOWERMOST POSITIONMirror position Lowermost -> Uppermost Voltage 2.8 - 5.0 Changes gradually 0 - 1.0 NG: REPLACE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSY LH
