Inspection Procedure

- CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL FUNCTIONS
- Check that the wireless door lock functions operate with movement of the transmitter switch.
HINT:
When the wireless door LOCK/UNLOCK operation can be performed, it means that the wireless signal from the transmitter is properly input to the multiplex network body ECU.
- NG: CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL FUNCTIONS (See ONLY WIRELESS CONTROL FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE (PREPARE NEW OR NORMAL TRANSMITTER OF THE SAME TYPE VEHICLE )
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- Check that the wireless door lock functions operate with movement of the transmitter switch.
- CHECK MANUAL UP/DOWN FUNCTION
- Check that the manual UP/DOWN function using the master switch and each regulator switch can operate all the power windows.
- NG: OTHER PROBLEM (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
- OK: GO TO NEXT STEP
- CHECK REMOTE UP/DOWN FUNCTION
- Check that the remote UP/DOWN function using the master switch can operate the power windows.
- NG: OTHER PROBLEM (See REMOTE UP/DOWN FUNCTION DOES NOT OPERATE )
- OK: REPLACE MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU
