Rear Door: Disassembly

REMOVE DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL
REMOVE ARMREST BASE PANEL
REMOVE REAR DOOR COURTESY LIGHT
REMOVE DOOR TRIM
1. Remove the 5 screws.
2. Insert a screwdriver between the panel and the trim and remove the clips.
  NOTE: Do not scratch the panel with the screwdriver.
  
  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. Remove the trim by pulling all of the trim up.
4. Remove the 2 cables from the door inside handle.
REMOVE REAR DOOR SPEAKER
REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH
REMOVE INSIDE HANDLE
REMOVE REAR DOOR ECU

REMOVE REAR DOOR INNER WEATHERSTRIP
Using a scraper, remove the inner weatherstrip.

HINT:

Tape the scraper tip before use.
REMOVE SERVICE HOLE COVER
REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN

REMOVE DOOR GLASS
Remove the 2 nuts and the door glass.

REMOVE DIVISION BAR
1. Remove the 2 bolts and screw.
2. Remove the division bar.

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in..lbf)

At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item.

Apply adhesive MP grease to window rollers.

REMOVING DOOR LOCK
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in..lbf)

HINT:

At the time of reassembly, please refer to the following item. Apply adhesive to the screw.

Part No. 08833-00070 THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent
REMOVE REAR DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in..lbf)
REMOVE CHILD PROTECTOR LOCK LEVER KNOB
REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE
REMOVE ORNAMENT
REMOVE PANEL
