Inspection Procedure

Check MPX-B and DOOR fuse.
CHECK:

Check continuity of MPX-B and DOOR fuse.

OK:
1. Continuity
NG: Replace the failure fuse.

OK: Go to next step
Check voltage between terminals BECU, BSUB and GND, GND2 of Body ECU connector.
PREPARATION:
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the Body ECU connector.
CHECK:

Measure voltage between terminals BECU, BSUB and GND, GND2.

OK:
1. Voltage: 10-14V
OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table. (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )

NG: Go to next step
Check wire harness and connector between terminal GND, GND2 of Body ECU and body ground.
NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector.

OK: Check and repair wire harness and connector between Body ECU and battery.
