Inspect Procedure

  1. INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSY 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

      Standard 

      COMBINATION METER RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS

      Terminal No Condition Specified condition
      C12-11 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      C12-22 - Body ground Always Below 1Ω
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    Standard 

    COMBINATION METER VOLTAGE SPECIFICATIONS

    Terminal No Condition Specified condition
    C12-12 - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
    C12-13 - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
    C12-1 - Body ground Ignition switch ACC or ON 10 to 14 V

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

    OK: REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSY (SEE  OVERHAUL  )
