Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK DRIVER SIDE J/B (DRIVER SIDE J/B ECU)

    1. Disconnect the DA, DG J/B and D5 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connectors.
      TERMINAL DESCRIPTION CHART

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      GND (DG-8) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      MPX-IG (DA-1) - GND (DG-8) B-W - W-B Power supply Always 10 to 14V
      GND2 (D5-1) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      MPX-B (D5-5) - GND2 (D5-1) R-B - W-B Power supply Always 10 to 14V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the DA, DG J/B and D5 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      Standard: 

      If the result is not as specified, the seat belt buckle switch or the driver side J/B ECU may have a malfunction.
