Seat Belt Control Ecu: Replacement
HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).
- DISCONNECT BATTERY TERMINAL
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (See step 18 on OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSY (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD RH (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE BOARD LH (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE (See step 20 on OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE SIDE TRIM TOOL BAG COVER (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE TOOL CASE (See OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSY LH (See step 21 on OVERHAUL )
- REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the 3 nuts and ECU.
- INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
- Install the ECU with the 3 nuts.
- Torque: 5.0 N.m (51 kgf.cm, 44 in.lbf)
- Connect the connector.
- Install the ECU with the 3 nuts.
- CONNECT BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE: When disconnecting the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the terminal is reconnected.SYSTEM REFERENCE TABLE
