Inspection Procedure

  1. Check voltage between terminals +B, ACC, IG and GND1 of television camera ECU. 
    1. Disconnect the T32 connector from the television camera ECU.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard: 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      +B - Body ground Always 10 to 14 V
      ACC - Body ground Ignition SW ACC 10 to 14 V
      IG - Body ground Ignition SW ON 10 to 14 V

    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Go to Next Step. 
  2. Check continuity between terminal GND1 and body ground. 
    1. Disconnect the T32 connector from the television camera ECU.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard: 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester connection Condition Specified condition
      GND1 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    1. NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Replace television camera ECU.
