Throttle Body: Installation

  1. INSTALL THROTTLE BODY 
    1. Connect the water bypass hose to the manifold thermostat on the throttle body.

    2. Install a new gasket and the throttle body with the 2 bolts and the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 18 N.m (185 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf) 

    3. Connect the water bypass hose and the PCV hose to the throttle body.

    4. Connect the throttle control connector.
  2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR 
  3. FILL WITH ENGINE COOLANT (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  4. START ENGINE AND CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS 
  5. INSTALL V-BANK COVER
