Navigation Ecu: Replacement
HINT:
- The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt table (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSY (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE TOOL BOX COVER (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSY REAR (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSY (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT (See REPLACEMENT )
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRAY BRACKET FRONT
- Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 brackets.
- REMOVE NAVIGATION ECU
- Remove the bolt and 2 nuts.
- Disconnect the 3 connectors and remove the ECU.
- REMOVE DISC PLAYER BRACKET
- Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
- REMOVE DISC PLAYER BRACKET NO.2
- Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION (See INITIALIZATION
) NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
