Inspection Procedure
- CHECK FUSE
- Check if the ECU-B and ECU-ACC fuses are normal.
NG: REPLACE FUSE
OK: Go To Next Step
- Check if the ECU-B and ECU-ACC fuses are normal.
- INSPECT OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSY
- Remove the outer mirror switch assy.
- Left side for left/right adjustment switch: Inspect the left side mirror switch continuity.
- Standard:

R8-7 - R8-8Continuity DOWN R8-3 - R8-8

R8-8 - R8-9Continuity If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch
- Right side for left/right adjustment switch: Inspect the right side mirror switch continuity

NG: REPLACE OUTER MIRROR SWITCH ASSY
OK: Go To Next Step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU - OUTER MIRROR SWITCH)
- Disconnect the M2 outer mirror switch and R8 outer mirror control ECU connectors.
- Check the continuity between the disconnected connectors.
- Standard:
