Telephone Antenna Base: Replacement

HINT:

The installation is in the reverse order of the removal. However, when there is a special point concerning the installation, it is indicated.

1. REMOVE TELEPHONE ANTENNA ROD 
   1. Turn the telephone antenna rod counterclockwise as indicated by the arrow mark in Fig 1 to remove it.

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSY 
3. REMOVE TELEPHONE ANTENNA BASE 
   1. Disconnect the connector.
   2. Remove the protector.
   3. Remove the 2 nuts and telephone antenna base.

4. INSTALL TELEPHONE ANTENNA BASE 
   1. Install the telephone antenna base with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 3 - 9 N.m (31 - 92 kgf.cm, 27 - 80.in.lbf) 

   2. Connect the connector.
   3. Install the protector.
