Steering Angle Sensor: Installation

- INSTALL STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
- Align the locating pins, engage the 6 claws and install the steering angle sensor to the spiral cable sub-assembly.

- INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL STEERING WHEEL ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL STEERING PAD (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL NO. 3 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL NO. 2 LOWER STEERING WHEEL COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSPECT STEERING WHEEL CENTER POINT
- Inspect the steering wheel center point.
- CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (See COMPONENTS )
- INSPECT STEERING PAD (See INSTALLATION )
- INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery cable.
