Transfer Wire: Inspection

  1. INSPECT TRANSFER WIRE 
    1. Disconnect the transfer wire connector.
    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLE  .

Standard resistance 

RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION TABLE

Tester Connection Specified Condition
i1-1 - i1-2 5.0 to 5.5 ohms
i1-1 - Body ground 1 M ohms or higher
i1-2 - Body ground 1 M ohms or higher

If the resistance is not specified, replace the transfer wire.
