Power Window Regulator Motor: Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG (See  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  3. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See step 2 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  4. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY (See step 3 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 4 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP (See step 6 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  7. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (See step 14 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 15 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 16 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  10. REMOVE FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR 
    1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T25), remove the 3 screws and the front power window regulator motor.

  11. REMOVE REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG (See  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  12. REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See step 2 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  13. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 3 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  14. REMOVE REAR DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP (See step 5 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  15. REMOVE REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (See step 11 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  16. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS RUN (See step 15 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  17. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW DIVISION BAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 16 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  18. REMOVE REAR DOOR QUARTER WINDOW GLASS (See step 17 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  19. REMOVE REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 18 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  20. REMOVE REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (See step 19 in  DISASSEMBLY  ) 
  21. REMOVE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR 
    1. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T25), remove the 3 screws and the rear power window regulator motor.
