4WD Control Ecu: Installation

  1. INSTALL 4WD CONTROL ECU 
    1. Connect the connector and clamp to the 4WD control ECU.

    2. Install the 4WD control ECU with the bolt and nut.

      Torque: Bolt 

      14 N*m (137 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf) 

      Nut 

      6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 54 in.*lbf)

    3. Connect the junction connector with the 2 clips.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See Step 16 in  INSTALLATION  ) 
  3. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH (See Step 17 in  INSTALLATION  ) 
  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH (See Step 18 in  INSTALLATION  ) 
  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (w/o Illumination) 

    HINT:

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side (See Step 19 in INSTALLATION ).

  6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH (w/ Illumination)

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side (See Step 20 in INSTALLATION ).
