Inspection Procedure
- READ DATA LIST USING HAND-HELD TESTER
- Connect the hand-held tester (with CAN VIM) to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch ON and press the hand-held tester main switch ON.
- Select the items below in the DATA LIST and read the displays on the hand-held tester.
DOOR ECU (DRIVER SIDE, PASSENGER SIDE, REAR LH, REAR RH)Item Test Details Normal Condition (Diagnostic Note) TRESPASS SENS Touch Sensor/ ON or OFF ON: Touch sensor is touched OFF: Touch sensor is not touched - OK: "ON" (sensor is touched) appears on the screen.
NG: Go to step 2
OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN ON PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (DOOR ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR - DOOR ECU)
- Disconnect the D25, F17, R12 and R15 door ECU connectors.
- Disconnect the D34, D35, D36 and D37 door oscillator connectors.
- Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.

- CHECK DOOR ELECTRICAL KEY OSCILLATOR
- Measure the voltage between wire harness side connectors.
Standard:
