Power Mirror Control System (W/ Memory) - Diagnostics: Inspection
- INSPECT MIRROR POSITION SENSOR
- Apply voltage to the terminals with a battery and a dry cell battery, as shown in the Fig 1 below.
- Measure the voltage while the mirror moves between the fully turned downward position and fully turned upward positions.Fig 1: Measuring Voltage While Mirror Moves Between Fully Turned Downward Position And Upward Positions

- Apply voltage to the terminals with a battery and a dry cell battery, as shown in the Fig 2 below.
- Measure the voltage while the mirror moves between the fully turned to the left position and fully turned to the right position.
