Dismounting/Mounting Procedures

NOTE: This vehicle IS NOT  equipped with tire pressure sensors mounted on the wheels.
CAUTION: The tire should be dismounted from the wheel using the tire changer manufacturer's instructions. Use the following information to avoid damage during the dismounting/mounting procedures.
NOTE: Installed tires should be of the specified size. They should be of the same size and construction. If tires other than the specified size are used, or if tires of different sizes or constructions are mixed, the tire pressure warning system will not function properly.
NOTE: This system requires initializing after changing tires or wheels or after rotating the tires. See TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM RESET  under RESET PROCEDURES.
NOTE: If vehicle will regularly be driven at sustained high speeds above 100 mph (160 km/h), add 6 psi (40 kPa) to all tires, but never exceed the maximum cold tire inflation pressure-molded on the tire sidewall.
NOTE: If the negative battery terminal is disconnected, initialize the front power seat control system after the terminal is reconnected.
