Inspection Procedure
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (POWER WINDOW)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG) and press the Techstream main switch on.
- Perform the Active Test according to the prompts displayed on the Techstream.NOTE: Be careful to avoid injuries as this test causes vehicle parts to move. During the Active Test, the jam protection function will not operate.

If the power window components are installed correctly, the problem was caused by a battery disconnection while the power switch was on (IG), improper installation of the power window components, or the motor overheating.
