Inspection Procedure

1. Check for DTCs.

   Result

   B2311 is output	B
   B2312 is output	C
   B2313 is output	D

B : GO TO DTC B2311  (See DTC B2311 POWER WINDOW MOTOR MALFUNCTION  )

C : GO TO DTC B2312  (See DTC B2312 POWER WINDOW SWITCH MALFUNCTION  )

D : GO TO DTC B2313  (See DTC B2313 GLASS POSITION INITIALIZATION INCOMPLETE  )

A : Go to Next Step 

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and turn the Techstream ON.
3. Select the following menu items: Body / RL-Door Motor / Data List.
4. Read the Data List according to the display on the Tech stream.

   RL-Door Motor 

   DATA LIST

   RL Door P/W Auto SW	Rear LH power window auto switch signal / ON or OFF	ON: Rear LH power window auto switch is operated OFF: Rear LH power window auto up / down switch is not operated	-

   OK: 

   ON (switch operates) appears on screen. 

NG : Go to step 3 

OK : REPLACE REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH  (See REMOVAL )

1. Disconnect the S5 power window switch connector.
2. Disconnect the O9 motor connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION CHART
   
   

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   S5-4 (A) - O9-4 (AUTO)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   S5-4 (A) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

NG : REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK : Go to Next Step 

1. Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.

   Standard resistance 

   RESISTANCE SPECIFICATION CHART
   
   

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   4 (A) - 5 (E)	AUTO UP / DOWN operation	Below 1 Ω

NG : REPLACE POWER WINDOW SWITCH (for Rear LH Side)  (See REMOVAL )
