Terminals Of Ecu

  1. POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the D18 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      E (D18-2) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 V
      BDR1 (D18-10) - Body ground B-W - Body ground Battery power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      CPUB (D18-9) - Body ground L - Body ground Battery power supply Always 10 to 14 V
      SIG (D18-20) - Body ground W - Body ground Ignition power supply Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V
      U (D18-1) - E (D18-2) L - W-B Driver door power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window switch OFF Below 1 V
      U (D18-1) - E (D18-2) L - W-B Driver door power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window switch UP (manual operation) 10 to 14 V
      U (D18-1) - E (D18-2) L - W-B Driver door power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window fully open Below 1 V
      U (D18-1) - E (D18-2) L - W-B Driver door power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window switch UP (AUTO operation) 10 to 14 V
      U (D18-1) - E (D18-2) L - W-B Driver door power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window fully closed Below 1 V
      D (D18-11) - E (D18-2) L-B - W-B Driver door power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window switch DOWN (manual operation) 10 to 14 V
      D (D18-11) - E (D18-2) L-B - W-B Driver door power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window fully closed Below 1 V
      D (D18-11) - E (D18-2) L-B - W-B Driver door power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window switch DOWN (AUTO operation) 10 to 14 V
      D (D18-11) - E (D18-2) L-B - W-B Driver door power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), drive power window fully open Below 1 V
      VCC (D18-19) - SGND (D18-12) W-R - W-B
      • Driver door power window motor sensor power source
      • Driver door power window motor sensor ground
      Always 10 to 14 V
      LSWD (D18-16) - E (D18-2) W-L - W-B Window lock switch output Driver door lock position ON 10 to 14 V
      Driver door lock position OFF Below 1 V
  2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (FRONT RH)

    1. Disconnect the P7 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      BDR (P7-12) - Body ground B-R - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the P7 switch connector and reset the power window motor.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      UP (P7-6) - Body ground L - Body ground Power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), front passenger side power window switch OFF → UP (Manual operation) 0 → 10 to 14 V
      DN (P7-1) - Body ground L-B - Body ground Power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), front passenger side power window switch OFF → DOWN (Manual operation) 0 → 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly may have a malfunction

  3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR LH)

    1. Disconnect the P8 switch connector.
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Symbols (Terminal No) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      BDR (P8-12) - Body ground G-Y - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the P8 switch connector and reset the power window motor.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage 

    VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

    Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
    UP (P8-6) - Body ground L - Body ground Power window motor UP output Ignition switch on (IG), front passenger side power window switch OFF → UP (Manual operation) 0 → 10 to 14 V
    DN (P8-1) - Body ground L-B - Body ground Power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), front passenger side power window switch OFF → DOWN (Manual operation) 0 → 10 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly may have a malfunction.

  4. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (REAR RH)

    1. Disconnect the P9 switch connector
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

      Standard voltage 

      VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Symbols (Terminal No.) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      BDR (P9-12) - Body ground G - Body ground Power supply Ignition switch on (IG) 10 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the P9 switch connector and reset the power window motor.
    4. Measure the voltage according to the value (s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage 

    VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

    DN (P9-1) - Body ground L-B - Body ground Power window motor DOWN output Ignition switch on (IG), front passenger side power window switch OFF → DOWN (Manual operation) 0-4 10 to 14 V

    If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch assembly may have a malfunction.
