Skid Control Ecu: Installation

  1. INSTALL SKID CONTROL ECU 
    1. Install the skid control ECU with the 3 screws

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

      HINT

      • Align positioning boss (A) of the blower assembly with the hole of the skid control ECU.
      • Securely engage hook (B) of the skid control ECU with the blower assembly

    2. Connect the 3 connectors to the skid control ECU.
  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH  (See INSTALLATION )

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
  7. PERFORM YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION

  8. CHECK FOR SENSOR SIGNAL

  9. CHECK AND CLEAR DTC
