Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU - MULTI-DISPLAY) 
    1. Disconnect the navigation ECU connector and multi-display connector

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below

      Standard Resistance 

      TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      q2-1 (GVO+) - q1-1 (GVI+) Always Below 1 Ω
      q2-2 (GVO-) - q1-2 (GVI-) Always Below 1 Ω
      q2-3 (GVG2) - q1-3 (GVG1) Always Below 1 Ω
      q2-1 (GVO+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      q2-2 (GVO-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

    NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    OK: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  )
