Oil Pump: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE 
    1. Coat the oil pump relief valve with engine oil.
    2. Install the oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief valve spring into the oil pump cover hole.
    3. Install the oil pump relief valve plug

      Torque: 53 N*m (540 kgf*cm, 39 ft.*lbf)

  2. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET 
    1. Coat the oil pump rotor set with engine oil.
    2. Install the oil pump rotor set with both of the marks facing the oil pump cover.

  3. INSTALL OIL PUMP COVER 
    1. Install the oil pump cover to the timing chain cover sub-assembly with the 13 bolts.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
