Fuel Relief Valve: Installation

INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY
1. Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly
2. Using a 14 mm deep socket wrench, install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No 2 fuel delivery pipe.
  Torque: 40 N*m (408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly and No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.
  - Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipe during installation.

3. Connect the No. 3 fuel hose.

INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY
1. Install the intake air surge tank assembly (See INSTALLATION ).
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
