On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. CHECK POWER MIRROR OPERATION 
    1. Turn the engine switch on (ACC).
    2. When the L mirror select switch is pressed, check that the indicator light on the LH side illuminates.
    3. With the mirror select switch set to L, check that the mirror surface moves UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT normally.
    4. After checking the mirror surface movement, check that pressing the L mirror select switch causes the indicator light on the LH side to turn off.
    5. When the R mirror select switch is pressed, check that the indicator light on the RH side illuminates.
    6. With the mirror select switch set to R, check that the mirror surface moves UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT normally.
    7. After checking the mirror surface movement, check that pressing the R mirror select switch causes the indicator light on the RH side to turn off.
