Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK FRONT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the e34 and e35 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      e34-1 (IG) - Body ground P - Body ground Power source Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      e34-2 (SYSB) - Body ground R - Body ground Power source Always 11 to 14 V
      e34-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      e34-13 (LIN) - Body ground L - Body ground LIN line Always 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the e34 and e35 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance of the connectors.

      e34-21 (IND) - Body ground B - Body ground Illuminate signal Engine switch on (IG) Turn climate control switch OFF Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) Turn climate control switch ON 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK FRONT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the e3 and e4 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      e4-1 (IG) - Body ground Y - Body ground Power source Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V

      e4-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the e3 and e4 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance of the connectors.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH

    1. Disconnect the f7 and f8 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      f8-1 (IG) - Body ground Y - Body ground Power source Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      f8-2 (SYSB) - Body ground G - Body ground Power source Always 11 to 14 V
      f8-11 (VER) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      f8-12 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      f8-13 (LIN) -Body ground V - Body ground LIN line Always 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the f7 and f8 ECU connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage and resistance of the connectors.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  4. CHECK REAR SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the f27 and f28 ECU connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      f28-1 (IG) - Body ground P - Body ground Power source Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
