Terminals Of Ecu

  1. CHECK FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH

    1. Disconnect the e45 and e46 switch connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      e45-6 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      e45-7 (+B) - e45-6 (GND) B-R - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V
      e46-4 (SYSB) - e45-6 (GND) B - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the e45 and e46 switch connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      e46-9 (SSRV) - e45-6 (GND) L - W-B Lifter position signal Lifter operation 0 to 8V
      e46-22 (SSRR) - e45-6 (GND) GR - W-B Reclining position signal Reclining operation 0 to 8V
      e46-21 (SSRH) - e45-6 (GND) O - W-B Headrest position signal Headrest operation 0 to 8V
      e46-20 (SSRC) - e45-6 (GND) GR - W-B Seat cushion position signal Seat cushion operation 0 to 8V

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  2. CHECK FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH RH

    1. Disconnect the e18 and e20 switch connectors.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
      VOLTAGE AND RESISTANCE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      e18-6 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      e18-7 (+B) - e45-6 (GND) B - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V
      e20-4 (SYSB) - e45-6 (GND) R - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the e18 and e20 switch connectors.
    4. Measure the voltage of the connectors.

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

  3. CHECK FRONT DOOR ECU LH

    1. Disconnect the N10 ECU connector.
    2. Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
      CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      Terminal No. (Symbols) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      N10-11 (CPUB) - N10-1 (GND) B - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V
      N10-3 (SIG) - N10-1 (GND) L - W-B Ignition power supply Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Engine switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      N10-6 (BDR) - N10-1 (GND) O - W-B Battery (ECU power source) Always 11 to 14 V
      N10-1 (GND) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

    3. Reconnect the N10 ECU connector.
    4. Measure the voltage of the P10 ECU connector.
      CONNECTOR TERMINALS VOLTAGE SPECIFIED CONDITION

      If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
