Lumbar Support Adjuster Assembly: Installation

HINT:

• Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
• The procedure listed below are for the LH side.
• A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).

1. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH 
   1. Install the lumbar support adjuster and attach the 4 clamps.
   2. for Driver Side:
      1. Install the 2 motors with the 4 bolts.
      2. Connect the 2 connectors.
   3. for Passenger Side:
      1. Install the motor with the 2 bolts.
      2. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH (BACK SIDE) (w/ Climate Control Seat System) 
   1. Install the climate control controller with the 2 screws.

3. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD 
   1. Install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback frame and attach the hooks and install the 2 clips.

   2. w/ Climate Control Seat System:

      Connect the connector.

   3. for Front Passenger Side:
      1. Install the power seat switch and attach the 2 claws.
      2. Connect the connector.

   4. Install the seatback cover bracket with the bolt.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT  (See REASSEMBLY  )
5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY  (See REASSEMBLY  )
6. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH  (See REASSEMBLY  )
7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH  (See REASSEMBLY  )
8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH  (See INSTALLATION )
9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH  (See REASSEMBLY  )
10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Install the front seat assembly (see REASSEMBLY  ).
