Inverter Main Switch: Removal

  1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  (See REMOVAL )
  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
  3. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE MAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the main switch.
