Other Systems: Clock: Removal

  1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  (See REMOVAL )
  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE PANEL UPPER  (See REMOVAL )
  8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER  (See REMOVAL )
  9. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET  (See REMOVAL )
  10. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/o Multi-display)  (See REMOVAL )
  11. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Multi-display)  (See REMOVAL )
  12. REMOVE CLOCK ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the clock.

      HINT:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
