Heated Steering Wheel Controller: Installation

  1. INSTALL HEATED STEERING WHEEL CONTROLLER 
    1. Install the controller with the 2 screws and connect the 2 connectors.
  2. INSTALL STEERING PAD ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  3. INSTALL NO. 2 STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER  (See INSTALLATION  )

  4. INSTALL SWITCH AND VOLUME CASE  (See INSTALLATION  )
  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after reconnecting the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
