Customize Parameters

  1. CUSTOMIZING FUNCTION WITH INTELLIGENT TESTER OR TECHSTREAM (REFERENCE) 
    NOTE:
    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
    • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
    • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
    1. Connect the intelligent tester or Techstream to the DLC3
    2. Turn the power switch ON (IG).
    3. Turn the tester on.
    4. Enter the following menus.
      1. Intelligent tester - Select: CUSTOMIZE
      2. Techstream - Select: Customize Setting
    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below
      1. Intelligent tester

        SMART 

        CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS - SMART

        Display Default Contents Setting
        IGNITION AREA ALL Function to choose the available area for key to start hybrid control system and cancel the steering lock FRONT/ALL
      2. Techstream

        Smart Key / Access 

        CUSTOMIZE PARAMETERS - SMART KEY / ACCESS

        Display Default Contents Setting
        Ignition Available Area All Function to choose the available area for key to start hybrid control system and cancel the steering lock Front/All
