Front Active Stabilizer Control Ecu: Installation

  1. INSTALL FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ECU 
    1. Connect the ECU connector.
      1. Connect the ECU connector (*1).
      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard (*2).
      3. Lock the lever's lock (*3).

    2. Install the ECU with the 3 bolts.

      Torque: 14 N*m (138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf)

  2. CONNECT FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER CONTROL ACTUATOR CONNECTOR 
    1. Connect the actuator connector labeled A.
    2. Connect the actuator connector labeled B.
      1. Connect the actuator connector (*1).
      2. Rotate the lever in the direction of the arrow until a "click" sound is heard (*2).
      3. Lock the lever's lock (*3).
    3. Connect the wire harness clamp.

  3. INSTALL INLET ENGINE ROOM ECM DUCT 
    1. Install the duct

  4. INSTALL NO. 3 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Attach the 2 claws.

    2. Attach the clamp.
    3. Install the duct with the 2 bolts

      Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

  5. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. FILL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID  (See WASHER NOZZLE )

  8. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. For HID Headlight:

      Install the headlight (see INSTALLATION ).

    2. For LED Headlight:

      Install the headlight (see INSTALLATION ).

  9. CONNECT FRONT FENDER LINER LH 
    1. Install the liner with the 3 screws.
  10. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 
    1. Install the under cover with the 9 screws and 7 clips.
  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER  (See INSTALLATION ).
  12. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH  (See INSTALLATION ).

  13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  14. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  15. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  16. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION ).
  17. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOLDING LH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  18. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOLDING RH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  19. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See INSTALLATION ).
  20. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  21. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
  22. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  23. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP  (See INSPECTION )
  24. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Torque: 5.6 N*m (57 kgf*cm, 50 in.*lbf) 

    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
  25. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  26. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  27. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
    1. Check the SRS warning light (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM ).
  28. ADJUST HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. for HID Headlight.

      Adjust the headlight (see ADJUSTMENT )

    2. for LED Headlight.

      Adjust the headlight (see ADJUSTMENT ).
