On-Vehicle Inspection

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
REMOVE SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY (AHC)
1. Remove the suspension control relay from the engine room relay block.

INSPECT SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY

Measure the resistance according to the value (s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

STANDARD RESISTANCE

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
3-5	Battery voltage is not applied to terminals 1 and 2	10 kΩ or higher
3-5	Battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2	Below 1 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the suspension control relay.

INSTALL SUSPENSION CONTROL RELAY (AHC)
1. Install the relay to the engine room relay block.
