Oil Pump: Reassembly

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL
1. Using SST and a hammer, tap in a new oil seal.
  SST 09950-60010 (09951-00650), 09950-70010 (09951-07100)
  
  HINT:
  
  The oil seal end should be flush with the outer edge of the pump body.
2. Coat the lip of the oil seal with MP grease.

FIX FRONT OIL PUMP BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Place the oil pump body on the torque converter clutch.
INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR
1. Coat the driven gear with ATF.
2. Install the driven gear to the oil pump body.

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
1. Coat the drive gear with ATF.
2. Install the drive gear to the oil pump body.

INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING
1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the oil pump body.

INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
1. Align the stator shaft with the bolt holes.
2. Install the 17 bolts.
  Torque: 11 N*m (112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING
1. Coat 3 new oil seal rings with ATF.
2. Squeeze the ends of the 3 oil seal rings together so that the overlap distance is 8 mm (0.314 in.) or less, and then install them to the starter shaft groove.
  NOTE: Do not excessively widen the rings.
  
  HINT:
  
  After installing the oil seal rings, check that they rotate smoothly.

INSPECT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR ROTATION (See REASSEMBLY )
INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CASE O-RING
1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the oil pump.
