Throttle Body: Installation

INSTALL THROTTLE BODY
1. Install a new throttle body gasket to the intake air surge tank.

2. Install the throttle body with the 4 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)

3. Connect the 2 water by-pass hoses.

4. Connect the throttle body connector and clamp.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Install the air cleaner cap sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

2. Connect the the vacuum hose (EVAP) to the air cleaner hose.
3. Install the ventilation hose No. 2 and air cleaner hose band.

4. Connect the 3 vacuum hoses.
INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET (See INSTALLATION )
ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
INSTALL COWL TOP OUTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL COWL TOP OUTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER LINK ASSEMBLY
