Combination Meter: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the panel.

  HINT:
  
  Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. Disconnect the connector.
REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER LOWER (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE STEERING COLUMN COVER UPPER
REMOVE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 4 screws.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the combination meter.
