Intake Manifold: Disassembly

REMOVE VACUUM CONTROL VALVE SET
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intake air control valve actuator.
2. Disconnect the VSV connector (for ACIS).
3. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the manifold and clamp.
4. Remove the bolt and harness clamp.
5. Remove the 2 nuts and vacuum control valve set.

REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR
1. Remove the 3 nuts, actuator and gasket.

REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER
1. Remove the 14 bolts, 6 nuts, manifold upper and gasket from the manifold lower.

REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 6 bolts and control valve.

REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for ACIS)
1. Remove the screw and VSV from the vacuum tank.
