MULTI-DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System): Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
  2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  REMOVAL  ) 
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.
    2. Disconnect the connector. Then remove the multi-display (with panel) and clip.

  6. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY (CENTER DISPLAY) 
    1. Remove the 4 screws on the both sides of the instrument panel finish upper panel.

    2. Remove the 6 screws and instrument panel finish panel No. 1 retainer.

    3. Remove the 5 screws and instrument panel finish panel No. 2 retainer.
    4. Remove the instrument cluster finish center lower panel.

    5. Remove the 2 screws.

    6. Remove the 2 screws and wiring harness clamp.
    7. Disconnect the 4 connectors, then remove the clamp.
    8. Remove the multi-display.
