Inspection Procedure

CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY SWITCH
1. Check switch operation.
  1. Using your hand, open and close the multi-display door. Check that the open and close mechanism is free from foreign matter.
  2. Press the multi-display door's OPEN / CLOSE switch several times. Check that the switch operation is normal.
  3. Turn the ignition switch from OFF to ON, and check that the multi-display door's OPEN / CLOSE switch operation is normal.
  4. Using your hand, close the multi-display door. Then check that the multi-display door's OPEN / CLOSE switch operation is normal.
    OK:
    
    Function returns to normal.
NG: NORMAL

OK: Go to next step
CHECK OPERATION OF MULTI-DISPLAY SWITCH
1. After replacing the multi-display junction block with a normal one, check that the panel switch operates normally.
  OK:
  
  Panel switch operation returns to normal.
NG: PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART

OK: END
