Accelerator Pedal: Installation: Installation

INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL
1. Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 nuts.

  Torque: 5.4 N*m ( 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
  NOTE:
  - Avoid physical shocks to the accelerator pedal.
  - Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal assembly.
2. Connect the accelerator pedal sensor connector.
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Refer to INITIALIZATION .
