Automatic Transaxle (Service Information): TCM: Installation: Installation

INSTALL TCM
1. Install the TCM to the transaxle.
2. Install and tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

  Torque: 11 N*m ( 115 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
3. Connect the connector to the TCM.

4. Turn the lock lever and secure the connector with the lock lever.

INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 71
INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 74
INSTALL BATTERY . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 70
INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to INSTALLATION - Step 100
PERFORM TCM REGISTRATION

PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization procedure . Refer to INITIALIZATION .
  NOTE:
  Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
