Driver Side Power Window Auto Up / Down Function Does Not Operate With Power Window Master Switch: Procedure
- CHECK MANUAL UP / DOWN FUNCTION (DRIVER SIDE)
- Check that the door glass can be operated manually.
NG → OTHER PROBLEM
OK: Go to next step
- CHECK ILLUMINATION (POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH)
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Operate the driver switch of the master switch.
- Check the blinking pattern of the illumination as shown in the illustration.

- If pattern (1) is displayed, proceed to A.
- If pattern (2) or (3) is displayed, proceed to B.
- If the normal pattern is displayed, proceed to C.
C → REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH
B → See step 4
A: Go to next step
- RESET POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR (DRIVER SIDE)
- Turn the ignition switch ON.
- Open the door glass.
- Fully pull up the power window switch until the door glass is fully closed.
- Continue to hold the switch 1 second or more even after the door glass is fully closed.
- Check that the AUTO UP/DOWN function operates completely.
OK → END
NG: Go to next step
- CHECK HARNESS (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH - POWER WINDOW MOTOR)
- Remove the driver side door trim board.
- Disconnect the D18 master switch connector.
- Disconnect the P10 power window motor connector.
- Check the continuity between the wire harness side connectors.

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK → REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR (DRIVER SIDE)
