HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the air conditioning amplifier with the screw and connect the connector.
2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT





(a) Install the No. 2 air duct with the screw.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
6. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH Installation
7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Installation.

8. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side Installation.

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

10. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
