System Specifications

NO. 1 CHAIN TENSIONER ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)

Install the No. 1 chain tensioner assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

NO. 2 CHAIN TENSIONER ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)

Install the No. 2 chain tensioner assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

NO. 3 CHAIN TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

Install the No. 3 chain tensioner assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)


TIMING CHAIN COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Bolt Length:














Tighten the 11 bolts in several steps, in the sequence shown in the illustration.
Torque: 47 Nm (479 kgf-cm, 35 ft-lbf)






Tighten the 21 bolts and nut in several steps, in the sequence shown in the illustration.
Torque: 23 Nm (235 kgf-cm, 17 ft-lbf)

HINT: Use a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench to tighten the bolt numbered 22 in the illustration.

CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

Torque: 330 Nm (3365 kgf-cm, 243 ft-lbf)
